The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team and is responsible for providing comprehensive and age appropriate care to both well and/or ill patients. The NNP educates patients' families and/or intervenes in acute or chronic illness. The NNP practices within their scope as defined by their education, NP specialty certification and the guidelines of the unit, department and institution. The NNP is granted affiliate staff privileges by the Johns Hopkins Hospital Medical Board; these privileges reviewed during re-credentialing. Nurse Practitioner (ICU) works within a designated ICU unit. Shift: Fulltime Schedule: Rotating, Days and Nights, Weekends and Holidays
