We are looking for individuals with GREAT customer service skills and the ability to work in a busy environment to join our team! This is a FLOAT position with a combination of 12 and 8 hour shifts, including rotating weekends, totaling 80 hours per pay period. The clinic operates Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role involves performing multiple day-to-day administrative functions to support the operations of convenient care, with an emphasis on exceptional Customer Experience. Duties include greeting and checking in/checking out patients, verifying insurance coverage, reviewing patient registration, answering telephones, taking and returning messages, managing the flow of virtual waiting room walk-in appointments, and distributing incoming mail. The position also requires receiving and responding to routine inquiries following established procedures and serving as a liaison between CRNP providers, MA staff, physician offices, medical facilities, and customers.
