About The Position

🚶‍♂️ Earn ~$25+/Hour Walking Neighborhoods (Paid Per Door) CertaPro Painters® of Cedar Rapids 📍 Cedar Rapids / Iowa City / Corridor Area 💰 Performance-Based Pay (No Hourly Cap) $0.35 per door hanger Average pace: ~75 doors/hour Typical earnings: ~$25–$30/hour Weekly pay (1 week in arrears) 👉 The harder you work, the more you earn. 🕒 Schedule 3–4 hour shifts 3 days per week Flexible within assigned time blocks 🔥 What You’ll Do Walk neighborhoods and distribute door hangers Follow routes using our tracking app Log completed work in real time Represent a professional, trusted brand in the field ⚠️ Read This Before Applying This is NOT an hourly job.
