As a local, independent McDonald's franchise, we are looking for talented & enthusiastic people. We will give you the tools to be what you want to be. Requirements

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Manage assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks to teams, follow up, and report results back to the team and other managers.
• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience in the Guest Service Department.
• Oversee sales promotions and ensure service staff are trained in service procedures.
• Organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food quickly and safely in the Kitchen Department.
• Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
• Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals in the People Department.
• Recognize and motivate Crew throughout their time working at the restaurant.
