About The Position

The ServiceNow Tech Lead with CSM is responsible for leading the implementation of ITSM, FSO, and CSM solutions. This role involves hands-on experience with ServiceNow, focusing on client and server APIs, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. The Tech Lead will validate requirements, design solutions, and ensure best practices are followed in the customization and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
