About The Position
We are seeking experienced commercial and medical cleaning companies to partner with us in Snohomish County, specifically in Everett. This opportunity is ideal for independent contractor companies that already have established operations and are looking to expand their accounts. The pay for this position will depend on the specific building and can start at $800 or more. We are looking for contractors who can provide high-quality cleaning services and have a proven track record in the industry. To be considered for this partnership, you must possess your own cleaning equipment and chemicals, hold a valid Washington State business license (sole proprietors will not be accepted), and have general liability insurance along with workers' compensation coverage. Additionally, your crew must consist of at least two cleaners, and you must have commercial janitorial experience with references to support your application. All team members must also be able to pass a background check. Successful independent contractors will demonstrate strong professional communication skills, ensuring prompt responses to calls, texts, and emails. It is crucial to understand the importance of completing the assigned task list and performing a final inspection for each building after cleaning. Any customer complaints must be addressed during the next cleaning session following the report of the issue.
