We’re now hiring a Dock & Door Sales Manager to take the next step: build, lead, and scale our sales team across Upstate New York. This role starts as a player/coach, with responsibility for both driving your own sales and developing a high-performing team—and will evolve into a dedicated Sales Manager role as the division continues to grow. Why This Role Exists Historically, one Sales Manager has supported both Dock & Door and Forklift Aftermarket Sales. As our Dock & Door business has expanded, we are investing in dedicated leadership to: Focus exclusively on growing the Dock & Door division Build a strong, scalable sales team Capture market share across Upstate New York You’ll report directly to the Vice President of Thompson & Johnson, who also serves as the General Manager of NEDD.
