About The Position
CHI Health Immanuel, located in North Omaha just off of I-680 on 72nd Street, offers a full-service hospital, cancer center, rehabilitation center, specialty spine hospital and more. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing care to patients receiving life-changing spinal surgeries. With a nurse to patient ratio of 3:1, you will have the time and support needed to provide the highest level of care.
Requirements
- Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program college, or university
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing in the state where you live.
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs.
- Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation.
- Collaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy and imaging.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.
