We are seeking an experienced NDT State Carded Radiographer Assistant for a position in Corpus Christi, TX. The technician is responsible for carrying out standard rope access operations to perform maintenance, repairs, and other industrial work tasks on industrial petrol/chemical equipment while on ropes. The technician must have the ability to perform work that is physically demanding, have good communication skills and the ability to assimilate a large amount of new information. Responsibilities may also include rescue operations, technical reports, and administrative tasks. Local candidates only - no per diem

Requirements

• Must have valid drivers license
• Must have TWIC card
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• State Card Required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Nice To Haves

• Radiographer Trainer Status Preferred
• NDT certifications / Digital Radiography training a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform duties associated with radiography (DR/CR) of plant assets in accordance with referencing code.
• Ability to follow and draw isometric drawings.
