About The Position
Responsible for running X-ray and ultrasonic wall inspection on all routed patterns, maintaining logs, and notifying supervision of issues.
Requirements
- Must be detail and safety oriented
- Must possess or be trained in basic computer skills
- Physical ability to move up to 35 pounds
- An understanding of the English language is necessary
- Ability to effectively communicate with supervision as necessary
Responsibilities
- Follows the customer work instructions to run X-ray and wall inspections with the proper settings and equipment
- Understand risks and proper procedures associated with working around radiation
- Will accurately record X-ray inspection results in the appropriate log and location
- Will meet the designated rates for production and accurately fill production time sheets
- Will accurately monitor results of inspections to maintain product flow and identify issues
- Will notify supervision of issues with product failure
- Follow all safety and 6-S guidelines for the area
