NDSTC Lead Outboard Mechanic
About The Position
Performs and supervises routine preventative and corrective maintenance on gasoline powered outboard engines and maintains and repairs associated Craft systems. Schedules maintenance requirements, assesses and analyzes engine performance, trouble shoots defective machinery. Operates and Inspects outboard engines and systems to diagnose defects, dismantles and reassembles equipment, replaces defective components and tests to ensure operating efficiency. Maintains documentation/ machinery history. Ensure compliance to all Company Policies and Procedures, USCG, Federal, State and Local Government Agencies regulations. Any other duties as required for the Contract performance.
Requirements
- The Lead Outboard Mechanic shall be certified to work on the assigned outboard engines and be proficient at using specialized tools and diagnostic systems.
