The Duke Outage Support Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of steam generator services during Duke Energy outages by providing leadership, coordination, and direction across key support functions. This position helps maintain schedule adherence, safety standards, and operational efficiency during time-sensitive outage periods where delays can significantly impact plant operations and costs. By serving as a central point of coordination, the role ensures teams, resources, and processes are aligned to deliver high-quality service. Outside of outage periods, this position continues to strengthen the steam generator group by supporting other operational functions, ensuring continuity, knowledge sharing, and readiness for future outages.
