About The Position
The Flowback Supervisor at Steel Energy is responsible for managing Frac Flowback wells without supervision and supervising a crew of up to 4 members. This role requires effective shift management, mentoring personnel, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The supervisor will also be responsible for the performance and maintenance of equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and maintaining communication with clients and management.
