Your day as a NC Programmer As an NC Programmer at All World Machinery Supply, you will play a crucial role in the creation of NC programs for milling operations on both horizontal and vertical machine centers, utilizing advanced 3, 4, and 5-axis machinery. Your responsibilities will include developing new, heavily milling-focused NC programs while crafting clear setup and tooling instructions that ensure efficiency and precision. Additionally, your expertise will be vital in maintaining alignment between NC program revision levels and current engineering drawings, supporting the overall production process. You will work closely with the Production Manager and NC programming lead to prioritize daily tasks and address any special tooling requirements, facilitating seamless production workflows. Your strong communication with shop personnel will foster collaboration and encourage valuable input, while your understanding of the proper order of operations will enhance product quality and minimize equipment risk.
