Your Day-to-Day Dive into creating and verifying programs and setups for NC machines. Share your expertise by training production employees in machine operations. Act as a detective, finding solutions for machining and welding challenges. Be the innovator, seeking out process improvements. Bring new ideas to life by modeling new parts and rev changes. Be a partner in enterprise, supporting the Manufacturing Engineer in various projects. Guide your team to meet and exceed expectations on every project. An organized hand is needed to maintain the tool crib. Step into diverse roles, supporting engineers and the management team. Help map out spaces for new equipment, ensuring everything flows smoothly. A place for everything, and everything in its place: keep your workspace orderly. Deliver flawless work to your internal and external partners. Flexibility is key, whether adjusting your schedule or joining forces with other departments.

Requirements

  • Foundation of a high school diploma, with extra points for a degree.
  • Five years of experience in manufacturing are invaluable.
  • 1-3 years behind NC Machine operations make you a pro.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Geometric and trigonometric problem-solving as second nature.
  • Measuring skills that put you ahead of the game.
  • You understand blueprints like they're your favorite book.
  • Team spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and conversational English.
  • Lift 20-50 lbs numerous times each shift.
  • Sit, stand, twist, bend—however the day requires.
  • Walking? No problem—covering 2-5 miles each shift.
  • Your vision is key; good eyesight with corrective lenses works.
  • Keep those fingers agile and precise!
