About The Position

Produces precision parts by operating CNC machines in accordance with process documentation and engineering drawings, consistently meeting established quality and production standards. What You Will Do: Obtains necessary stock, fixtures, tooling and gaging Sets-up and operates CNC machines simultaneously, to produce module parts Operates CNC machines such as lathes, grinders, drills, presses, saws Performs in-process inspection as a certified operator Performs CMM May be assigned to support functions such as: Deburr, Tumble, Part Mark Performs computer transactions Moves parts to, from, within module Cleans machines General housekeeping Provides directions to Machining Support Tech

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably technical school background, and demonstration of basic educational competencies (reading, writing)
  • Blueprint and routing reading and comprehension
  • Competent with hand tools and experienced with measuring equipment
  • Basic Computer skills such as log on, data entry and retrieval
  • Obtain certifications and qualifications required to perform job
