NC Drill Operator Job Purpose: Performs all NC Drill functions required in a PCB Manufacturing environment

Requirements

A minimum of 2-4 years experience in the Drilling and routing operations is required.
The candidate must understand process travelers, customer specifications and tolerances specified on travelers or blueprints.
In addition the candidate must have working experience in the lamination operation
must have good written and oral communications skills
Sanmina experience plus
This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.

Responsibilities

Must be able to operate Excellon & Hitachi Drill machines, PCB X-Ray equipment, Laser drill and (XRT) X-Ray tooling equipment in Drill area.
In addition the candidate must be able to run NC routing equipment both in manual and automatic mode.
Must also be able to make necessary scale and step changes when required.
This position will require experience in Fabrication, Planarization and Lamination and Drilling.
Must be experienced in using measuring devices (micrometers and dial calipers) and or scopes to measure the line width, spacing, cut-outs, routed features and overall product sizes of the product being processed.
