About The Position
The NC Career Coach will cultivate programs and services for the high school learner, so that the individual can successfully enter and advance in a career pathway. The Career Coach will divide their time between two Rutherford County High Schools, but will also periodically report to Isothermal Community College for meetings, professional development opportunities, etc. Position is contingent on annual allocation of grant funds from the State Board of Community Colleges. The project period is June 30, 2023, to June 30, 2028.
