Northfield Bank is seeking a Branch Supervisor for our Union, NJ location. This full-time position involves partnering with the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager to ensure efficient operations of the branch. The Branch Supervisor will act as the first level supervisor, assisting Tellers with job-related questions and coordinating all sales-related actions. The role requires ensuring that teller staff operates in compliance with Bank policies and procedures while coaching and mentoring them in building relationships through referrals and cross-selling Bank products and services.
