About The Position
The Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) is responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of information systems within the U.S. Navy. This role involves conducting security assessments, validating adherence to security controls, and maintaining the integrity of sensitive data. The NQV serves as an independent third party, playing a critical role in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process and ensuring compliance with Navy and Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity policies.
