About The Position

Under the general supervision of the Nurse Manager, the RN Navigator coordinates cancer patient care and acts as a patient advocate. This includes monitoring patients through screening/diagnostic evaluation, assisting them with navigation through healthcare systems, providing education and emotional care supportive to or restorative of life and well-being, and identification and support in the development of programs and services to enhance patient care and support. Requirements

• California Registered Nurse License
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 3 years Clinical nursing experience as Registered Nurse

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN)
• 3 years Outpatient experience in a healthcare setting
• Oncology experience
