Salary/Hourly Rate:25.00 The goal of the Housing Navigator is to provide participants with appropriate support services and community resources that contribute to long-term stability in housing. This position provides trauma-informed navigation services with harm reduction principles. Maintains service notes and documentation in required databases (SetWorks and HMIS). Regularly reports outcomes/progress and shares responsibility for required reports. Provides technical assistance for general resources and housing needs for residents. This temporary position will be a full-time position and will be in effect from 3/9/26 to 5/31/26. Primary Duties Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review. Provide supportive services and coordination with other agencies and ServiceSource staff. Makes appropriate referrals to other ServiceSource programs and outside supports. Assist with housing applications and gathering supporting documents for submission to Denver Housing Authority (DHA) and property management. Perform research on local housing resources and initiatives as requested. Facilitate HQS inspections and ensure Fair Market Rent according to HUD guidelines. Additional Responsibilities Maintains timely and accurate data entry, participant service notes and other documentation in required databases, including HMIS and E-Logic Database systems. Track communication and follow-up for participant requests, navigation services, ancillary services and coordination with other internal and external partners for referrals as needed. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish working relationships with housing residents and community partners such as property management, Denver Housing Authority, etc. Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality of all materials in the work setting. Remain culturally attuned to the people of the community being served, able to communicate, be sensitive and compassionate. Be knowledgeable of the environment and systems through which the participant must move to access programs and services. Engage in ongoing professional development and networking. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
