About The Position
The Bilingual Neighborhood Navigator at Feeding Tampa Bay will focus on welcoming neighbors into the center and ensuring they receive a high-quality experience. This role involves triaging and assessing neighbor needs and referring them to appropriate services. The Navigator must possess strong crisis intervention and motivational interviewing skills to work effectively with various vulnerable populations. The position requires a commitment to an in-office schedule based out of The Causeway Center in Tampa, with occasional work across a 10-county region.
