Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a U.S. Military officer.
• Experience serving on a numbered fleet or major staff, or in a Warfighting Development Center.
• Experience as a tactical or operational planner, including fleet exercises.
• Knowledge of emerging operating concepts and capabilities.
• Knowledge of multiple mission areas.
• Ability to compile input from multiple authors, research discrepancies, analyze results, and produce a high-quality written product.
• Ability to embark on Navy ships, submarines, and aircraft.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

• 8+ years of experience as a U.S. Navy officer.
• Experience writing or developing tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Knowledge of military requirements or acquisition processes.
• Master's degree.
• Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Certification.
• Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI) Certification.
