One Natural Resources Technician (Seasonal Worker, Full-time, 40 hours/week) position is available with the Colorado State University (CSU) Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands (CEMML). This position will provide entry-level training and experience on a range of natural resources projects supporting the Natural Resources Management (NRM) program at Grand Forks Air Force Base, ND. Seeking a driven Natural Resources Technician to contribute to vital conservation and land management initiatives. This position is designed for an aspiring biologist or ecologist to gain direct, interdisciplinary experience addressing contemporary resource challenges. The successful candidate will utilize a variety of field survey methods to better understand the complex relationship between species and their habitat, making this the ideal role for someone eager for hands-on experience in ecological monitoring and habitat maintenance. This position is not-to-exceed 84 working days, anticipated to start in May. This position is onsite, and the Natural Resources Technician must have reliable transportation to the site. The ECDP is unable to provide relocation or housing stipends. Full Consideration Date is 16 April, 2026 at 12:00 am MDT. Position Location: Grand Forks Air Force Base, ND Grand Forks AFB is located in the Heart of the Red River Valley at the junction of the Red Lake River and the Red River of the North. The Grand Forks area has 43 miles of biking, hiking and inline skating trails as well as a great mix of sporting events, and an energetic arts scene.
