About The Position

The Natural Resource Specialist 1/2 Flex position is responsible for managing and adjudicating easements on public lands, ensuring public access and the management of state lands in alignment with public interests. Requirements

• Education from an accredited college and/or experience in natural resource management for Natural Resource Specialist 1.
• Education in a natural resource field or public administration for Natural Resource Specialist 2.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Effective oral communication skills, including making clear presentations.
• Proficient reading and writing skills, including technical material.

• Experience with public land management.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to natural resources.
