Responsibilities

• Plan and order products and supplies
• Schedule work to maximize sales and gross profit
• Ensure that all new department employees receive proper training and safety instruction on all equipment in the department
• Ensure proper supervision to ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage and rotation of merchandise, and building of displays
• Making sure that all employees are meeting safety standards for operation
