We are seeking a highly motivated professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative approach, ideally with 6–10 years of relevant experience in structuring and selling risk transfer solutions, with a strong focus on natural catastrophes and climate risks. As a member of the global Technical Sales team, you will work closely with the regional Public Sector Solutions (PSS) client management teams, as well as with underwriting and structuring teams across Swiss Re’s business units. The role involves representing PSS’s solution capabilities within the respective region, enabling the delivery of client-ready, value-adding solutions that respond effectively to client needs. The successful candidate will apply their own expertise while leveraging Swiss Re’s broad technical capabilities through close collaboration with cross-functional teams across the Group. Strong technical skills, including analytical, structuring, and underwriting expertise, are essential. Equally important is the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and accessibly, both in writing and verbally, to expert and non-expert audiences alike with the stated goal to boost sales. The position requires frequent engagement with public sector clients, brokers, modelling firms, and data providers across all levels of seniority.
