About the role Lead a team of 4-6 engineers (iOS, Android) focused on the origination and transaction components of the Rocket product Collaborate closely with product management and design partners to define and execute the mobile product roadmap Drive planning, goal setting, and metrics ownership while fostering a data-fluent culture within your team Empower engineers to innovate through experimentation while maintaining high standards for code quality and user experience Develop strategies to dramatically reduce mortgage closing times through improved mobile experiences Champion native app adoption and optimize task completion rates throughout the origination process Balance technical leadership with people management to ensure both product excellence and team growth
