The Native American Student Services (NASS) Coordinator provides day-to-day leadership and coordination of services, programs, and student support initiatives serving Native American and Indigenous students at Idaho State University. Reporting to the Director of Tribal Relations, the NASS Coordinator plays a central role in creating a welcoming, culturally responsive student center; supporting student engagement, persistence and graduation, and connecting students with campus resources that promote academic and personal success. This position is student-facing and operations-focused, grounded in relationship-building, advocacy, and holistic student support. The NASS Coordinator works closely with partners across Student Affairs, Academic Affairs, Enrollment Management, and other campus units while maintaining a clear focus on student engagement and success. Reporting Structure: The NASS Coordinator reports to the Director of Tribal Relations. While the Director of Tribal Relations focuses on institutional, government-to-government, and community-based relationships, the NASS Coordinator is responsible for the internal operation of the Native American Student Services Center and direct student support functions. This position is not eligible for new visa sponsorship at this time. Candidates who already hold valid U.S. work authorization may be considered.
