The Opportunity As a National Tax Services - M&A Tax LLM Senior Associate, you will engage in complex tax structuring and advisory services, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. You will work closely with clients to navigate the intricacies of tax implications, ensuring compliance and optimizing tax positions. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to manage workstreams and develop deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client relationships and guide junior team members, enhancing your personal brand and technical skills. This role offers the chance to work within the Mergers and Acquisition Tax team, where you will be at the forefront of corporate transactions, tax restructuring, and post-deal integration. You will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of business contexts and develop innovative tax strategies. By anticipating client needs and embracing complexity, you will contribute to delivering quality solutions and driving business success. Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Master of Laws degree
  • Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements and demonstrate a commitment to undertaking and passing Bar exam
  • At least a 3.0 overall GPA
