Job Description Summary National Strategic Customer Manager Are you seeking an entrepreneurial, empowering workplace that allows you to: • Develop a career track • Leverage your current skills in a challenging role • Work with an incredible team of people Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a National Strategic Customer Manager. The primary function of the Strategic Customer Manager (SCM) is to increase market share within a select group of assigned accounts that currently do, or have the potential to, generate in excess of $100,000 per year in rental income for Ground Protection (GP), and which currently or have the potential to span across GP sales territories, Profit centers, and regions or perform work at the national level. This will be accomplished by increasing opportunities and sales through exceptional customer account management, increasing GP product and service awareness, and effective management of the corporate account office. Evaluate and recommend new potential customers to the program. This position will also serve a mentor/liaison role in the overall go to market sales strategy for the accounts by working with Ground Protection's local OSRs and coordinating efforts between the Branch Managers, Regional Managers, GM, and Director. This will also be accomplished by establishing and leveraging relationships with other Sunbelt General Tool and Specialty regions, profit centers, and their key stakeholders.
