National Social Work Programs Sr Manager
About The Position
This role is a key leadership position within the National Social Work Team. The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading high-impact, cross-functional projects and driving process improvement initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of our social work programs and improve patient outcomes. This individual will act as a strategic partner, working across various teams including Clinical, IT and Operations to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and manage projects from conception through to successful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Directly oversees manager level teammates, coaching them on performance to ensure they are successful in their role.
- Drive the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex, high-impact projects that span multiple teams including Clinical, IT, and Operations.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Analyze social work and operational workflows to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design, implement, and measure the impact of innovative solutions and standardize best practices to improve service quality and teammate satisfaction.
- Contribute to the long-term strategy of the National Social Work Team by developing business cases and proposals for new initiatives.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor program effectiveness and project outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, from field teammates to executive sponsors, to ensure success.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates and presentations on project status, outcomes, and recommendations to leadership.
