Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field required.
  • Five years of related school-based services leadership experience required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in various formats (written, verbal, in-person, and virtual).
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and professional etiquette.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with school administrators and community stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Competency in using data for decision-making and quality improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Clinical licensure preferred (LPC, MCSW, LMFT, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all school-based services (SBS) programs across the enterprise.
  • Ensure high-quality program delivery and drive continuous improvement based on evidence-based practices.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating the Centerstone SBS model to support quality and efficiency.
  • Serve as a content expert on youth mental health and trauma-informed care.
  • Collaborate with market and regional directors to ensure alignment in program delivery and adherence to best practices.
  • Lead data-driven quality measurement for SBS programs, focusing on outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in budgeting and resource allocation discussions alongside market leadership teams.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the success of programs and the organization.
