To learn more about Mission Technologies, click here for a short video: https://vimeo.com/732533072   Who We AreHII - Mission Technologies is seeking an on-site National Security Technical and Policy Advisor to the Director for the Division of Strategic information (DSI), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid in Baltimore (Woodlawn), MD. As the National Security Technical and Policy Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting DSI leadership in an advisory capacity to advance their strategic plan and all associated products and processes. This role requires exceptional organizational and communications skills and the ability to think and provide advice.

Requirements

  • 15 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field; 8 years of relevant experience with a master’s degree in a related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent and  years relevant experience.
  • Security Clearance: TS-SCI
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

  • Provide general advisement to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid DSI’s collective group (government personnel and contractors)
  • Provide functional-oriented technical advisement to the DSI Director’s government staff on national security and mandated policy pertaining to DSI’s Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Program, the Insider Threat (InTh) Program, and the Defensive Counterintelligence (DCI) Program
  • Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in all facets of national security policy and governance for counterintelligence, insider threat, and supply chain risk management in a non-Title 10, non-Title 50, and non-USIC environment
  • Advise the DSI Director front office staff, government team teams, and HII/Subcontractor personnel supporting these efforts on appropriate risk mitigation measures
  • Advise government staff personnel on sound risk mitigation methodologies to lessen adversarial exposure and industrial espionage, enabling Centers for Medicare and Medicaid to administer the Medicare, Medicaid, and Federally Facilitated Exchange Programs without compromise from insider threats or foreign intelligence entities who persist in disrupting the integrity of these services/programs which would present national economic and national security impacts
  • Advise the DSI, ONS, and the greater HHS enterprise on all risk mitigation actions with an emphasis on incorporating logical tenets and adhering to guidelines mandated under EO 13587 and EO 14017. Serve as the senior technical advisor on all risk mitigation support activity, solidifying HII's long-term opportunities internal and external to the Department
  • Foster relationships, both internally at Centers for Medicare and Medicaid and externally within HHS ONS
