About The Position

Clear Fracture is building the next generation of AI agents to power data integration and mission workflows for national security customers. We are looking for a National Security Sales Executive who can bridge the gap between technical capability and mission need - and play a hands-on role driving adoption of our products across the National Security space. The ideal candidate brings deep experience navigating federal procurement, a strong network within government and industry, and a proven ability to sell emerging technology into complex, mission-critical environments.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance or the ability to be processed for one.
  • Demonstrated history of success in sales engineering, technical pre-sales, or solutions consulting - ideally selling software of data focused solutions.
  • Background in engineering, computer science, or data engineering - must be able to credibly engage technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML products, data integration technologies, and/or identity management solutions.
  • Understanding of DoD acquisition processes and mission environments.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills - able to tailor complex technical content for varied audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable working in a fast-moving, small team environment where you’ll wear multiple hats.

Nice To Haves

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance is highly desired.
  • Experience with AI agent frameworks, data pipelines, or mission data orchestration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting the broader national security ecosystem.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from discovery and demos to pilots and close.
  • Drive growth through direct and partner sales channels, including SI, VARs, and GWACs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts to support visibility and planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to ensure alignment with customer requirements and federal standards (FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC).
  • Represent the company at key industry events.
