About The Position
Northeast Bank's (NASDAQ: NBN) National Small Business Administration ("SBA") Lending team is looking for a motivated and diligent Loan Closer to support its loan origination efforts. Northeast Bank utilizes a technology-based origination platform and collaborates with an established Lender Service Provider ("LSP") to underwrite and close SBA 7a Small Loans. Northeast Bank has earned a reputation for providing creative and responsive lending solutions and is powered by an experienced team with a successful track record. The Loan Closer will be responsible for supporting the origination process by completing closing due diligence items according to SBA Standard Operating Procedures ("SOP"). A successful candidate for the Loan Closer position will have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
