This includes the creation and continuous improvement of training materials to support various functional teams as needed. Support the broader RbA Network by designing and facilitating training programs and learning opportunities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 8 or more years relevant business experience to include a minimum of 4 years of experience in training development, including curriculum design and facilitation.
  • Strong background in training development and facilitation
  • Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging analytics to drive training outcomes
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong orientation toward results
  • Experience in public speaking, leading training sessions, and developing effective training strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and business decision-making skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to energize and influence others
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Continuously develop and implement training content. Develop measures to ensure training is uniformly applied and successful across RBA. Partner with local managers as needed.
  • Design and facilitate Training Modules that can be delivered remotely and on-site.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and update supporting materials for the retailers to train and use in the field. This includes videos, written materials, and electronic learning.
  • Assist in developing and facilitating classes for the network.
  • Partner with internal experts in the development and delivery of product knowledge, training, and materials.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
