Key to the success of this position is attention to detail, accuracy and ensuring a fast response to customer and employee requests.

Requirements

  • Effectively build relationships with customers – both internally and externally
  • Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Minimum three years of experience in sales specific to HVAC industry
  • An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
  • Computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly turn-around customer requests for quotes
  • Place orders and follow through on details as necessary with customers and/or CDI employees
  • Communicate with the plant sales teams regarding regional orders
  • Track individual plant goals each month to ensure they are staying on track
  • Attend weekly 1 on 1 with NSR and attend the L10 meeting of each plant sales team
  • Assist in training all new CDI sales support reps
