About The Position

GMS, one of the country's leading PEOs, is looking for high energy individuals with experienced and aggressive hunting skills to join our Outside Sales Team in any one of our 25 locations across the country. Our National Sales Reps are hunters who have the ability to own and run their own book of business on a national level. The role offers an uncapped, residual commission structure, allowing sales team members to control and plan for their future. A two-week training program is provided to teach the necessary skills for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Generate meetings with high-level prospective clients throughout the United States
  • Maximize new business primarily through channel sales, focusing on large clientele by marketing to prospective businesses and scheduling qualifying meetings
  • Create and manage relationships with vendors, banks, and other organizations through COI channels nationally
  • Hunt for new business by making 100 prospective calls weekly aiming to generate first meetings and proposals
  • Provide continuous insight and feedback to the Sales Management Team to improve the sales process
  • Maintain contact with existing clients and house accounts to generate referral opportunities
  • Work directly with Healthcare, 401K, Workers Compensation and Safety teams during the sales process
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to find growth opportunities
  • Work towards and exceed sales quota
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the Chief Revenue Officer
