About The Position
The National Sales Recruiter at Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for the sales departments across the organization. This role involves managing the entire recruiting process, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The recruiter will utilize various sourcing methods to generate candidate flow and will be involved in the interview process from start to finish.
