Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Participates in training users and evaluating the project. Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.

  • Responsible for managing complex projects that cross several business lines.
  • Manage end to end lead/prospecting strategy and execution for designated areas of business (Small Business, Consumer and EBG).
  • Serve as a liaison between platform and capabilities partners and NST bankers to ensure systems are operating as intended, ensures escalation and resolution of issues.
  • Manage risk and compliance process and documentation to ensure business line is adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks, as well as continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Play a critical role in driving the success of our projects and ensuring we achieve our strategic objectives.
  • Assist in the development of presentation materials for senior level stakeholders.
  • Support the alignment of partnership priorities with ongoing business line objectives and product roadmaps.
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
  • Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
