About The Position

Work with the VP of Sales, Regional Sales Directors and all other appropriate members of the Bussmann team, to achieve annual sales budgets across Bussmann product lines Work with Bussmann regional sales teams to help manage service levels, inventory, training and other events as they arise Manage and develop the inside sales team to grow external customers and internal processes Perform ongoing collaboration with the product managers to align sales forecast with production planning Develop strategic business partnerships, which influence divisional plans, supporting business programs and growth Guide other internal functions in understanding and acting upon account, consumer and industry insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales roles of increasing responsibility working with electrical products
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in e-commerce or electronics market
  • Cross-functional leadership experience
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
  • Strategic growth mindset
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
