About The Position

Good Greek Moving & Storage is seeking a results-driven and strategic National Sales Manager to lead and scale our inside and outside sales teams across multiple markets. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-performing sales professionals, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring a consistent, exceptional customer experience aligned with our brand standards. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with strong operational discipline, the ability to coach and motivate teams, and a track record of building scalable sales processes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in moving & storage, logistics, home services, or related industries.
  • Proven experience managing both inside and outside sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance analytics.
  • Ability to travel nationally as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage both inside sales and outside sales.
  • Establish clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics across all markets.
  • Monitor pipeline performance and forecasting accuracy.
  • Identify new market opportunities and growth channels.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, ride-alongs, call monitoring, and coaching sessions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer-first service.
  • Implement structured onboarding and ongoing sales training programs.
  • Standardize sales processes, scripts, and closing techniques across all regions.
  • Ensure CRM compliance, accurate data reporting, and timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with operations to align sales commitments with service delivery capabilities.
  • Work closely with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Support key commercial accounts and high-value clients.
  • Represent Good Greek Moving & Storage at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
  • Strengthen referral relationships and strategic partnerships.
