The National Sales Manager - National Engineers, is responsible for leading the nationwide efforts of specific Watts Engineered/Spec Products targeting National Engineers. He / she will work in concert with the Director of Sales - Strategic Accounts, manufacturer's representatives, and specialized distribution channels in the region. In addition, the NSM is charged with developing sales plans and strategies across the nation to meet short - and long-term goals; including but not limited to specification preference/conversion, BIM library migration, and core product selection. The person in this role is the main point of contact for national engineering firms in their area and must build effective and sustainable business relationships.
