We’re seeking a visionary and hands-on National Sales Manager - Business-to-Business (B2B) Commercial Markets to lead Room & Board for Business - our growing commercial segment. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for growing the brand in the commercial space, grounded in our enduring commitment to American made product and delivering an exceptional customer experience from the initial point of contact through delivery and beyond. You’ll lead a national, non-commissioned business development team and a seasoned project coordination group - representing $20M+ in revenue and a team of 20± professionals - aligning strategy with execution to position Room & Board as a trusted expert in the commercial space. This hybrid Minneapolis-based role reports to the Director of Business Customer Experience and is responsible for leading our Regional Business Development Managers and our Business Customer Experience Manager. Working in close partnership, you will set the vision and execute on the strategy for continued growth of our business channel.
