About The Position

Are you a VP/Snr National Sales Director with experience in Drug or Health channels, that can lead a transformative sales strategy for the Drug Channel at Reckitt but also nurture the growth of our sales team and build strong connections across the market? If so, we want to hear from you. This exciting NSD role reports to the Chief Customer Officer for North America and is responsible for our leading customer base; CVS, Walgreens and Rite Aid, as well as responsibility for managed markets customers. This is an end-to-end position, managing our customers, preparing the annual planning of each customer, growing our market share and shaping the future of our sales organisation. This is a very important channel for Reckitt as we continue to expand our portfolio and transform our business. In this role, you'll have the platform to make a tangible difference, driving our mission forward with your leadership and creativity in sales.
