• Experience in outbound calling, call centers, sales, or customer service is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective clients, or existing customers to gather information, promote products or services, and generate an interest in our products
• Maintain familiarity with all aspects of our quality standards
• Provide suggestions for improvements to processes and systems
• Cultivate strong working relationships with agents
• Organize and prioritize workload to meet team and company objectives
