This role is responsible for developing and delivering national technical training programs, supporting complex field diagnostics, ensuring regulatory and certification compliance, and serving as a high-level escalation point for advanced technical issues. The position supports Service, Operations, and Sales to ensure safe, efficient, compliant, and cost-effective fleet performance across all regions.
