As a National Private Equity Services Leader, you will provide strategic advice and solutions to clients in the private equity industry. You will work closely with the Business Insurance and Employee Health and Benefits teams, regional leaders, Producers, and the Due Diligence team to set the overall vision and strategy of MMA's national private equity services and proactively grow MMA's private equity footprint. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Due Diligence/Private Equity role, or demonstrated experience with clients considering M&A in an insurance broking context
• Extensive knowledge of Transaction liability/ Management Liability/Private Equity Services/Mergers and Acquisitions
• Conducting of thorough risk assessments and analysis for private equity clients to identify their unique insurance needs and develop comprehensive insurance solutions
• Demonstrated success developing strategy, managing complex initiatives and multiple stakeholders, and meeting agreed upon goals and outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Ability to interact with senior executives, develop and gain support of a vision and strategy, and to operate effectively under pressure
• Proactive and thoughtful approach and ability to work collaboratively with carriers
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
